Summit Fire District has 2 community rooms available to rent out.
To reserve any of the community rooms please stop by the Summit Fire District Administrative Office, Station 32 at 8905 Koch Field Rd.
Reservations will not be made over the phone. A photo ID and payment for the room is required at the time of the reservation is made.
Payment is non-refundable.
All fees must be paid when the room is reserved. Fees collected will go toward the replacement of tables and chairs and the maintenance of
the community room.
Note: The Summit Fire District has priority use of the community rooms. The department may upon occasion ask you to change your
schedule meeting to another day.
Non-profit Groups / Service Organizations / HOA's
Use of Community Room: $100.00 per year
(Includes table and chairs when they are available)
Residents / Private Parties / Single Day Use
A resident is someone who lives within the Summit Fire District Boundaries. Proof of residency required for resident rates
Community Room: $50 per day
Community Room: $100 per day
A $10 key deposit will be required to obtain keys. It will be refuned when keys are returned.
